DEIA Statement

Paylocity strives to create an organizational culture where every employee has a voice, feels truly welcomed, appreciated, free to be their whole self, and is empowered and enabled to do their best work.

At Paylocity, we embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in age, culture, ethnicity, family, marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion or spiritual belief, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique. We cultivate these differences in employee experiences, perspectives, talents, and approaches to drive innovation in the software and services we provide our customers.

Our DEIA statement and initiatives are applicable to our practices regarding recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; professional development and training; promotions; transfers; social and recreational programs; disciplinary actions; organizational restructures; terminations; and the ongoing development of a work environment built on the premise of full diversity equity.

The Path Forward Together

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) is a journey and every day we are paving the path forward together through intentional actions. Learn about the steps we're taking to build a better tomorrow for Paylocity, our clients, our local communities, and beyond.

What We're Doing

“We recognize we don't have all the answers, but we accept the responsibility that we can't wait for the perfect solution – action is necessary, right now."

Our Employee Representation

Transparency is an important part of our journey, so we’re sharing annual data to help our employees, clients, and partners see where we stand today. We’re proud of the progress made so far, but also know there’s much more work to do.

We Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility

Our differences make us unique, and we actively support these differences through our various DEIA programs. We work to create communities within Paylocity through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups. These groups are organized around shared characteristics, interests, and life experiences to provide employees the opportunity to build connections, have their ideas and feedback heard, and shape our policies, practices, and culture to make a difference at work and within the community.

Diversity Leadership Council

Diversity Leadership Council

The Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) consists of cross-functional department leaders who represent and reflect the diversity of our organization. This group provides strategic direction around DEIA strategies across the organization, while working with our Chief Diversity Officer, DEIA Team, and Employee Resource Groups toward those goals.

Company Statements

We recognize that events shape our world and impact our employees and our communities. We’re committed to standing for inclusion and against discrimination. Below are statements responding to some of the events in our world. This list is not comprehensive of all of our views on Inclusion and Diversity.
