We work to empower the workforce of today and tomorrow in creating a better world for everyone. Therefore, we focus our efforts with nonprofits that promote workforce development and education/literacy for persons with disabilities and under-resourced communities. We also support programs that focus on STEM-based learning to enhance students’ skills and opportunities.
Through PCTY Gives, we mobilize our technology, people, and resources across the country through in-kind donations, our Elevate Your Passions Grant, Volunteers in Action paid time-off, signature program funding, and more.
Standing Up to Mental Health Stigmas
Mental health is an important people and workforce issue, but oftentimes the negative stigma can stand between those who need support and the services available to them. We run campaigns, promote education, and advocate to become a leader of hope in all aspects of mental health awareness.
Workforce Development
Our focus on workforce readiness and development allows us to use our skills and services to directly impact the inequities and influence the barriers to success for individuals with disabilities, under-resourced communities, the aging workforce, veterans, and for caregivers re-entering the workplace.
Education and Literacy
We are empowered by the knowledge that bridging the gaps in education and literacy for under-resourced communities allows children and adults alike to reach their full potential. In turn, this will ultimately create stronger communities and networks, while helping to build a foundation for a brighter future.
