Paylocity is a processor or service provider for our clients and customers (“Clients”). When we process personal information on behalf of our Clients, we do so subject to the control and instructions of those Clients. We may receive personal information from our Client and process such personal information on behalf of Clients, to fulfill our contractual obligations with our Clients, to improve the quality of our Services, to detect security incidents or protect against fraudulent or illegal activity, or as otherwise permitted by the terms of the Notice. We do not sell personal information received from our Clients.
